Reporting directly to the SVP Integration, the VP Integration & Transformation will work with SVP to establish an Integration Management Office (IMO), integrate each deal on-time and on-budget, examine business processes and identify efficiencies, and develop and drive Real Estate strategy and activities.

Essential Functions:


  • Work with SVP Integration to establish Integration Management Office (IMO)
    Establish dotted-line commercial/functional integration resources and ensure clarity on roles
    Build integration management tools (the playbooks) to track all integrations in process, including project plans, risk logs, communications, executive status reports, synergy capture and tracking
  • Work with SVP Integration to integrate each deal on-time and on-budget. Phases include:
    • Diligence and integration value assessment: Establish integration team and approach. Create high-level, cross-functional roadmap
    • Pre-close planning and program launch: Create end-state Target Operating Model (TOM). Develop Day 1 plans. Draft Day 100 plans. Formalize synergy model and reporting. Draft communications. Day 1 cross-functional readiness
    • Close / Day One: Complete critical operating tasks. Day 1 communications (client and employee)
    • First 100 days control, stabilization, transition: Kick-off “2 in a box”. Confirm TOM. Execute 100-day plan. Track and report integration status. Achieve and track measurable synergy quick wins. Launch internal and external communications
    • Integration execution: Implement TOM end state. Track and report synergies. Complete workforce transition. Migrate to new operating model
    • Integration assessment: Capture lessons learned – historic post-mortem. Review and revise integration playbookDesign, launch, and install end-to-end business processes to reduce complexity and cost (e.g., centralized warehousing / fulfilment, dry / frozen samples, alternatives to foodservice kitchens, etc.)

    • Proactively identify and pursue efficiency opportunities
    • Conduct analyses and socialize findings
    • Manage change and ensure value capture
  • Capture budgeted Real Estate savings, translating Future of Work, RE strategy, and acquisition driven RE changes into execution
    • Push organization to evolve strategy and address possible opportunities for efficiency
    • Work with RE team and JLL to reduce footprint, lower operating expenses and minimize lease liabilities for unused properties
    • Manage new facility projects to ensure on time and on budget
  • Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Graduate Degree
  • MBA Preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written, verbal) skills; ability to engage internally and externally with executive level audiences
  • Solid business acumen, strategic planning, problem solving and relationship building
